The Department of Political Science has organised a programme on Project Submitting and Viva-Voice on the SEC subject on 18-05-2023.
The faculty member has Discussed the importance of the Topic: "The Audit Procedure of the Panchyati Raj Institutions". The most of the students delivered lecture on the topic and submitted their project report. Some of the important questions were asked to the students where they had given fruitfull answer. Thus the project submitting and viva-voice programme wasconcluded.
The Department of Political Science, Dakshin Kamrup Girls' College, Mirza organised One Day Workshop on Voting Behaviour on 24-08-2022. Mr. Haren Das, HoD Poltical Science, Dakshin Kamrup Girls' College, Mirza, Dr. Azizul Hoque, Associate Prof. Dept. of Political Science, Dakshin Kamrup Girls' College, Mirza and Dr. Haren Chandra Kalita, Assistant Prof. of Political Science, Dakshin Kamrup Girls' College, Mirza. The resource persons delivered lecture on the voting rights and technique in the college union body election. Later they also demostrated the proper voting techniques on the ballot paper among the students. Total 53 students participated in the workshop programmme.
